Payroll Specialist
Singapore
Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with the payroll team to review and verify payroll reports.
  • Verify and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Ensure all payroll payments are processed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Assist with payroll-related queries and provide support to the payroll team where required.
  • Undertake other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by the Payroll Department.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Minimum Diploma in Business/Finance/Accounting/Admin or equivalent
  • Have a good sense in numbers, expert in using Excel
  • Positive/good learning attitude
  • Meticulous and self-motivated individual
  • Team player and able to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
