What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing, screening to engaging top talent.
  • Partner closely with business teams to understand hiring needs and define the ideal candidate profile.
  • Proactively source high-quality candidates through relevant platforms and networks.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Source and engage industry experts and consultants to bring specialised knowledge into the team.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including coordination, referrals, and hiring activities.
  • Build relationships with universities and institutions to attract emerging talent.
  • Maintain clear and timely stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth hiring progress.
  • Ensure alignment between HR practices and business goals to support team performance.

People & Culture

  • Support new hires through onboarding and integration, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from day one.
  • Contribute to building a positive, high-performance, and collaborative team culture.
  • Drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives (e.g. team bonding, events, recognition).
  • Support internal communication and alignment across teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with team members, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
  • High ethical standards for handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Passion or interest for games.
