We are looking for a Study Start-Up CRA with hands-on site selection experience to support early-phase clinical trial activities. This role will primarily focus on site identification, feasibility, and site selection visits, working closely with internal stakeholders and investigative sites to ensure timely study start-up.
What you will be doing
Conduct site identification, feasibility, and site selection visits in line with study requirements
Evaluate site capabilities, patient population, staffing, and facilities to determine suitability
Support site feasibility assessments and provide clear recommendations for site selection
Liaise with investigative sites, vendors, and internal teams during the start-up phase
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of site selection activities
Support study timelines by proactively identifying and resolving site-related risks
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in site selection activities within clinical research
Prior experience conducting site identification, feasibility, and site selection visits is highly preferred
Strong understanding of clinical trial start-up processes
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites and priorities
Must be amenable to report to client office for at least 1x week
