Where You’ll Make a Difference
Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence
Source active and passive candidates using direct search, networking, Boolean, LinkedIn and social media platforms; build talent pipelines for niche, hard-to-fill and strategic roles.
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers in kick-off meetings, provide regular sourcing progress updates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and engagement conversations.
Develop talent mapping and market insights to support strategic hiring decisions.
End-to-End Recruiting
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination, assessment, job offer administration and hiring closure.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to identify workforce needs, job requirements and success profiles.
Serve as a Talent Acquisition advisor, offering guidance on global policies, recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, tools and market insights.
Ensure a positive Manager and candidate experience, while maintaining strict compliance with internal policies, standards and data privacy throughout the hiring process.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Actively promote IFF Employer Brand across digital platforms, job boards and social media, including various talent attraction tools.
Support the development of targeted campaigns to attract diverse talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and market trends.
Optimize the use of career sites and online marketing tools to increase visibility and engagement with key talent pools, enhancing Candidate Experience.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, exploring innovative sourcing and recruiting approaches, tools and technologies.
Support Talent Acquisition projects, Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives and global recruiting efforts as required.
Maintain accurate data and updates in the Applicant Tracking System and Sourcing tools platforms.
What Makes You the Right Fit
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with hands-on exposure to both Talent sourcing and full-cycle recruiting.
Experience gained in an in-house, multi-national environment recruiting for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
Strong capability in direct sourcing techniques and use of professional social media and talent platforms.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality in handling sensitive recruitment and organizational information.
Experience with job postings, applicant screening and end‑to‑end application management on the MyCareersFuture (MCF) job portal.
How Would You Stand Out?
Strong experience recruiting in technical, manufacturing, scientific or corporate environments.
Familiarity with global Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Workday) and sourcing platforms or job boards (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
Strong market knowledge within assigned geographies or functions.
Meticulous, strong attention to detail with great follow through skills.
