Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify key skills, backgrounds, and attributes for ideal candidates, quickly understanding hiring needs.
- Source talent using a variety of creative techniques and platforms.
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including assessing resource needs, coordinating recruiting events, sourcing activities, and managing referral processes.
- Build and nurture relationships with local universities and institutes to attract top talent.
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential candidates for future roles.
- Maintain clear communication with business departments, ensuring timely follow-ups on recruitment results and feedback.
- Integrate new hires into the company and ensuring they feel valued from day one.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives to drive company performance.
- Support employee welfare, engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with team members, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
- High ethical standards for handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
