About the Role
To elevate the competency and professionalism of the sales force by strengthening the Sales Advisory framework, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements while embedding robust monitoring and governance. Drive continuous improvement through digital transformation and process innovation to deliver sustainable, customer-centric outcomes.1. Assist the team in the following area of work:
- Pre-Transaction Check
- T&C Audit
- Close Monitoring for Onboarding
- Annual Review
- Replacement of Policies (ROP) Appeal Management
- Welcome Call Monitoring
2. Assist in implementing high-impact initiatives including regulatory related exercises, system enhancements and digital transformation efforts to strengthen governance, improve efficiency and enhance customer experience, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
3. Assist in elevating sales advisory standards, proactively identify compliance risks and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and company vision.
4. Drive digitalization initiatives by leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance sales advisory processes, improve operational efficiency and deliver superior customer outcomes.
5. Conduct reviews and close monitoring such as T&C review, close monitoring of adverse reps and review of callbacks.
6. Actively involved in data extraction and analytics to identify trend for early intervention.
Requirements
- Education – Minimum Degree Holder
- Experience – Minimum 5- 8 years of experience in life insurance or related industry with relevant managerial experience
- Certifications/licenses –
- Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Examinations – Module 5 (Rules & Regulations for Financial Advisory Services)
- Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Examinations – Module 9 (Life Insurance & Investment Linked Policies)
- Health Insurance Module
- Strong understanding of MAS’ Financial Advisers Act (FAA), relevant notices, regulations and guidelines; LIA Guidelines, Product Knowledge and Company’s procedures and processes.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving and influencing skills; strategic thinking; ability to coach and develop teams; strong presentation and facilitation skills and proficiency in leveraging digital tools and data analytics for decision-making.
