Job Description
You will report to Engineering manager, based in Singapore.
Your Responsibilities:
- You have programming skills in C#, including ASP.NET Core and .NET Framework
- Good code reading skills to infer existing design and algorithms
- You will provide progress reports.
- You will Implement and documents code that meets the requirements of the software design, executes
- Experience reviewing code to find and address potential issues and defects unit test plans.
- You will Analyse, debug, and correct anomalies, determines the origin and cause of anomalies identified.
- You will build relationships and work with peers to ensure assigned tasks are prioritised.
- You will Think outside the box and be willing to research and explore new avenues by using the latest technologies and standards.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- You have 2-3 years of experience in a software product development environment
- You will Use .NET Core, WCF, and being familiar with HTTP/HTTPS protocols, knowing Web development
- Experience with relational databases, especially SQL Server
- Direct experience with Agile software development process
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- You have Experience with object-oriented design principles and common design patterns
- Knowledge of software secure coding principles and design for security
- You will Apply data structures and algorithms
- Direct experience with the Industrial Automation industry
- Direct experience collaborating with local and global technical development teams.
- Direct experience in C++ development
- We ask that you have close collaboration with engineers based in China; therefore, Experience troubleshooting issues with users in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
