Develop and amplify B2B marketing content and campaigns to build customer awareness and drive demand across channels. Create web, social, and sales enablement content; manage SEO research, legal approvals, vendors, and project timelines; measure and optimize campaign performance in partnership with product management and commercial programs.

Lead embedded firmware test strategy, planning, and execution. Design and automate functional tests, develop test scripts/ware, debug failures, perform regression testing, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement of test KPIs.

The role involves developing quality strategies for products, conducting design reviews, managing quality standards, and leading risk mitigation to ensure product reliability and performance.

Plan and maintain the monthly master production schedule (MPS) to align with S&OP, coordinate with demand planners, production control, and materials teams to balance capacity and inventory, track KPIs, resolve supply gaps, and drive inventory optimization across global distribution centers.

The Junior Hardware Engineer will assist in design, development, and testing of hardware systems, collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.

Support ETO project execution and engineering activities for power and control systems: review specs and drawings, manage engineering changes, maintain BOMs, coordinate cross-functional teams, support prototype builds and manufacturing readiness, track schedules/risks, resolve manufacturing issues, and provide post-sales technical support.

Design and execute embedded firmware functional tests: translate requirements into test cases, develop test scripts and testware, debug and report anomalies, perform regression testing, and lead continuous improvement for test measurement.
