Design, develop, simulate and test distributed I/O hardware including schematics and PCB layout. Perform circuit, signal, power, timing and EMI/EMC analyses, prepare and execute hardware qualification and fault insertion tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product specifications and compliance.

Design and develop real-time embedded firmware for industrial automation devices. Implement communication protocols (CIP/EtherNet/IP), low-level device drivers on 32-bit ARM microcontrollers, maximize software reuse, and ensure performance, reliability, and safety. Collaborate with hardware teams and follow hybrid work in Singapore.

Responsible for developing test plans, creating test cases, performing manual and automated testing, and improving testing processes using Python and related technologies.
