Lead profitable growth, sales performance, and market development across Singapore and Pakistan. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, leading sales and technical teams, expanding customer and partner relationships, managing strategic accounts, improving forecasting and opportunity management, executing annual plans, and building a high-performance culture through talent development and succession planning.

Lead strategic sourcing activities for electronic components: negotiate contracts, drive cost reduction (VA/VE), manage supplier performance and risk, support NPI and cross-functional supplier development.

Assists with daily maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, changeovers, equipment setup, calibration, and operational support for final assembly automation lines. Supports preventive and corrective maintenance, root cause analysis, process improvements, automation modifications, safety buyoffs, work instructions, process documentation, and engineering change updates. The role also assists with label modifications, compliance buyoffs, and related SharePoint requests.
