Develop and improve manufacturing processes, resolve production issues, reduce costs, implement lean techniques, maintain ERP bills of materials and routings, design production-line layouts, support product transfers, implement engineering changes, and improve product manufacturability. The role also coordinates with design engineering and maintains manufacturing records and reporting systems.

Plans and coordinates materials, inventory, procurement, and production activities for new product launches and product lifecycle management. Ensures supply-demand alignment, material availability, inventory optimization, and smooth end-of-life transitions. Uses SAP for forecasting and inventory planning, participates in S&OP and capacity planning, and collaborates with purchasing, production control, and supply chain stakeholders to reduce obsolescence and support production schedules.

Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost reduction, delivery performance, risk mitigation, sustainability, and supplier quality initiatives. Serve as the technical interface between suppliers and engineering teams for alternate sourcing, materials, processes, and quality resolution. Manage RFQs, value engineering projects, engineering changes, supplier development, NPI activities, and special projects while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across global operations.
