About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Visual/UI Designer to craft user-centric and visually engaging digital experiences. You will play a key role in designing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
Your Responsibilities
- User Interface Design – Develop intuitive and aesthetically appealing interfaces for websites and applications.
- Graphic & Visual Design – Create icons, illustrations, and other UI assets, ensuring brand consistency.
- Responsive & Adaptive Design – Design layouts that work seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices.
- Wireframing & Prototyping – Build low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts.
- UX Collaboration – Work closely with UX researchers to understand user needs and improve user experiences.
- Style Guides & Design Systems – Maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Usability & Accessibility – Conduct usability testing and implement accessible design principles.
- Iterative Design – Continuously refine and evolve designs based on user feedback and testing.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Visual/UI/Web Designer.
- Degree or Diploma in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing visually appealing and user-friendly UI designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard tools.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers and UX researchers.
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and their impact on design feasibility.
- Ability to stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Responsive Web Design).
