WorkWave Team is looking for innovative software engineers who want to be part of a team of creative and talented individuals. Our teams are a mix of technologists, product managers, development engineers, and UI/UX designers, all working together to deliver our vision. You will be a part of our WorkWave team, helping to develop & support the WorkWave products
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve production defects reported by customers using existing observability tools, logs, API interactions, and collaborating respective teams and products.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production defects, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures.
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation by writing detailed troubleshooting guides and best practices for common issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and provide insights on recurring issues, ensuring long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with the onshore L2 support team to resolve critical incidents, share knowledge, and ensure seamless support coverage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of experience in ReactJS
- 2+ years of experience in .NET / C#
- Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL required
- Knowledge of Agile software development processes
- Experience with scaling systems in a cloud environment (AWS) would be an added advantage
- Familiar and working knowledge of MSFT IIS
- Proficient with Git and version controlling concepts
- Experience with DevExtreme and DevExpress or similar components would be an added advantage
