Are you passionate about delivering high-quality software and driving continuous improvement? We’re looking for a skilled and proactive QA Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, define and implement test strategies and contribute to fostering a culture of quality across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers to define effective test strategies aligned with product requirements.
- Design, develop and execute automated tests, while minimizing manual testing through process improvement
- Foster a strong quality-first mindset across the organization
- Support the identification and resolution of bugs together with the support team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing and development technologies
- Actively support the growth and evolution of the QA team
- Work closely with product managers, designers and development teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a QA or software testing role
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in test automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Solid understanding of test automation principles and practices
- Familiarity with the test pyramid concept and the shift-left testing approach
- Experience working with cloud computing platforms
Additionally,
- Experience with B2B applications or industrial platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for scripting and automation
- Familiarity with Jira for task and issue tracking
- Experience using tools such as Datadog, pytest, or Amazon Canary
