THE WORK:

Ripple is growing, and we’re looking to hire a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Singapore to help cover APAC markets. You will play a crucial role at the company, qualifying leads to identify viable sales opportunities for our sales pipeline. Your work will be high impact and highly visible, as it’ll directly affect our company’s ability to close deals and meet or beat our quarterly bookings targets. This will be a 6-months non-renewable contract.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Engaging with prospects via phone, personalized emails, social media platforms and video conferencing.
  • Identifying new accounts and qualifying new outbound and inbound sales opportunities.
  • Pitch prospects on Ripple solutions to multiple levels of seniority and relevant departments to spark interest and create sales opportunities
  • Gain expertise on product and common objections on Ripple and its solutions
  • Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and improve lead quality
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Management team to assess and refine strategy effectiveness
  • Partner closely with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts.
  • Help to enforce sales development data cleanliness

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  • Prior SDR/BDR experience within the technology sector, ideally software/financial services
  • Experience building a pipeline by qualifying leads and developing opportunities.
  • Developing, testing and iterating outbound campaigns to drive new outbound opportunities.
  • Ability to easily understand and pitch new products and technology, focusing on value prop.
  • Natural curiosity and an eagerness to learn
