Senior Marketing Manager - APAC

With an expanding footprint across Asia-Pacific, we are now seeking a bold and creative Senior Marketing Manager – APAC to lead brand awareness, events, and influencer strategies across the region.
The Role
This role is instrumental in making Pixi the most visible, talked-about, and creator-driven beauty brand in every APAC market. You will lead regional brand-building with a heavy focus on influencer activations, high-conversion seeding programs, community building, and culturally relevant creator strategies.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the APAC influencer ecosystem, platform trends, and campaign measurement. You will be responsible for shaping Pixi’s influencer playbook for the region and driving consistent growth in awareness, EMV, and retail sell-out.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
- Lead the APAC influencer strategy execution across macro, mid-tier, micro, and nano creators, ensuring campaigns drive measurable awareness, content, and retail lift.
- Build and own a regional creator activation calendar, from monthly themes to newness pulse drops and evergreen programs.
- Oversee end-to-end creator campaigns: identification, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approval, tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and scale regional seeding programs, ensuring the right creators receive the right products at the right moments to drive conversion.
- Build long-term creator relationships and a strong, loyal Pixi creator community across key markets.
- Work with local teams to ensure all global send-outs and local seeding are relevant, high-impact, and aligned with retail strategy.
- Partner with Sales to maximise influencer-driven retail opportunities (Nykaa, Sephora, EVEANDBOY, Guardian, Priceline, etc.).
Brand Awareness & Regional Visibility
- Champion Pixi’s visibility across APAC by driving best-in-class events, press coverage, and influencer collaborations in every market.
- Develop and execute a regional brand awareness strategy focused on consumer-facing impact, storytelling, and cultural relevance.
- Ensure Pixi has a consistent, elevated, and locally relevant presence across all markets—both digitally and in real life.
Events & Experiential Campaigns
- Own the strategy, planning, and execution of regional events including media previews, influencer trips, retailer activations, pop-ups, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with local partners, agencies, and retailers to ensure flawless and on-brand execution.
- Build Pixi’s reputation through immersive, creative, and highly shareable experiences.
Public Relations & Brand Storytelling
- Manage PR agency partners and internal resources to secure top-tier coverage, media reviews, and founder storytelling across APAC.
- Localise global launches and messaging to resonate with local press and consumers.
- Secure consistent brand coverage in both digital and traditional media to reinforce Pixi’s positioning and product leadership.
Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales, Digital, Education, and Product teams to ensure fully integrated campaigns across markets.
- Partner with global marketing and creative teams to adapt brand assets for APAC while protecting brand integrity.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members and manage agencies and freelancers as needed.
Performance, Reporting & Optimisation
- Set clear KPIs across influencer, PR, and event campaigns, and continuously track, analyse, and optimise performance.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights for leadership.
- Maintain clear budgets and ensure all activities deliver strong brand ROI.
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle marketing with a focus on influencer marketing, events, or PR.
- Proven success building visibility and brand love across APAC markets.
- Deep understanding of regional media, influencer, and cultural trends.
- Strong agency and partner management experience.
- Excellent project management skills and creative execution.
- Highly entrepreneurial and energised by making things happen in new, fast-growing markets.
- Based in Singapore with willingness to travel regionally for events and activations.
