As the Senior Upstream Marketing Manager for Neurosurgical (NS) and Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) in APAC, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that shape the future of our product portfolio. This role focuses on anticipating market trends, identifying new customer segments, and driving innovative solutions to meet evolving healthcare needs. You will collaborate across functions, influence business leaders, and build strong industry relationships to deliver impactful strategies.
What you will do:
• Responsible for the product, program, or portfolio strategy
• Develops, maintains, and leverages diverse networks to stay informed about key competitors.
• Author key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc and drive alignment of business leaders
• Anticipates new customer segments and tailors marketing strategies to meet current and future market needs
• Initiates and drives new products and services based on changing customer needs.
• Has a deep understanding of trends in customer satisfaction inputs and can effectively adjust marketing strategy to align with customer engagement
• Develop and manage a marketing budget and analyze and explain budget variances
• Recommend procedural and process improvements and help to remove obstacles to team accomplishments
• Identify and implement breakthrough solutions across cross-functional teams, demonstrating business influence
• Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, and translate business insights into future business strategy
• Able to routinely make decisions which may affect immediate operation and have a company-wide impact
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of work experience required
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
• MBA preferred
• 7+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

Travel Percentage: 20%
