The Senior Marketing Executive will lead integrated marketing campaigns for Samsung’s Digital Appliances, ensuring brand consistency and driving consumer engagement across various channels.
Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative marketer to drive impactful brand initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns across Samsung’s multi-category Digital Appliances portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to shape how consumers experience Samsung’s innovative home living solutions through compelling storytelling, consumer-centric campaigns, and meaningful brand experiences across online and offline touchpoints.The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless go-to-market planning, driving product visibility and supporting business growth and sales conversion across the portfolio. From ATL and BTL campaigns to retail, digital and partner activations, this role will lead selected product categories while contributing to impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen Samsung’s brand presence and consumer engagement in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Role and Responsibilities
360° Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution (40%)
- Execute integrated 360° go-to-market marketing campaigns across Samsung’s diverse Digital Appliances portfolio — spanning home living, home care, and built-in kitchen categories, including Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Vacuum Cleaners, Dishwashers, Air Conditioners and Cooking Appliances, combining brand storytelling, digital communications and event activations to drive awareness, engagement and conversion.
- Ensure clear and consistent brand messaging across ATL, BTL, retail, owned, paid and digital touchpoints, including social media, partner platforms, influencer engagements, campaign assets, and consumer-facing content while aligning with Samsung’s brand strategy, business objectives and overall consumer experience.
- Work closely with social, media, regional and global stakeholders to develop and execute integrated digital amplification strategies for key local/global campaigns and product launches, ensuring aligned communications that strengthen brand storytelling, support business objectives.
- Drive campaign effectiveness through strategic performance management, including KPI governance, reporting and optimisation across channels, audiences, creatives and website engagement — translating insights into actionable recommendations to stakeholders to enhance future campaign performance and business impact.
- Manage, execute and coordinate agency and vendor relationships, including creative, social and digital partners to ensure high-quality execution across integrated campaigns, marketing communications and digital assets while maintaining alignment with timelines, approval processes and Samsung brand standards.
2. Channel Partner Management and Execution (30%)
- Lead the planning and execution of co-branded and channel-led initiatives, including BAU tactical campaigns, double-digit campaigns, and seasonal promotions, to strengthen brand visibility, drive consumer engagement and support commercial performance.
- Manage end-to-end marketing deliverables for key channel partners, ensuring timely rollout across digital and retail in-store touchpoints
- Work closely with Product, Retail and Sales teams to align channel marketing initiatives with business objectives, sales conversion goals and consistent brand messaging across partner platforms.
3. Strategic Marketing Initiatives and campaigns (10%)
- Identify and lead the development of mutually beneficial programmes that unlock incremental value for both Samsung and its partners.
- Explore new initiatives and strategic opportunities to elevate brand presence and consumer engagement.
- Ensure initiatives are well-integrated into the broader Digital Appliances marketing strategy, collaborating across internal teams to ensure consistency and impact.
- Own and lead specific product categories within the DA portfolio

Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Min. 2 years of experience in ATL, BTL, digital marketing or integrated marketing communications (IMC) roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills with a good understanding of integrated marketing campaign planning and execution
- Highly detail-oriented, adaptable and able to manage high-volume marketing deliverables with agility in a fast-paced environment
- Strong visual communication skills, with an eye for creative storytelling and design aesthetics
- Organised and resourceful, with strong multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of key digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, digital content strategy, and CRM
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign performance data
