Collaborates with sales, product, marketing, and business development teams to develop industry-specific value propositions, sales assets, and solution messaging while monitoring technology trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Lead regional B2B marketing for Display Solutions across eight markets. Responsibilities include executing integrated demand-generation campaigns, supporting ABM and sales pipeline growth, managing budgets and agencies, coordinating with sales and local teams, using marketing automation and AI tools, analyzing campaign performance, and advising subsidiaries on marketing plans and budgets.

Manages daily accounting and finance operations, month-end close, financial reporting, expense approvals, audits, tax matters, payroll cost review, risk assessments, and compliance. The role prepares management and financial risk reports, improves accounting procedures, coordinates investment valuation, supports K-SOX activities, and liaises with external auditors and the Suwon Office.
