Lead and build the FP&A function, owning budgeting, forecasting, financial models, management reporting and KPI dashboards. Provide revenue, profitability and unit-economics analysis, partner with leadership on pricing and capital allocation, support investor reporting, and hire and develop an FP&A team to scale processes and tooling.
The Senior FP&A Manager will build and lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function — turning data into the insight that drives how the business plans, prices and grows. You will own budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, and act as a trusted partner to leadership on the decisions that shape our trajectory.
This is a build-and-lead role: you will establish scalable planning processes, develop a high-performing team, and make FP&A a true business partner across the company as we scale into new markets.
You WillBudgeting, forecasting & planning
- Own the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning process across the group
- Build and maintain financial models, scenarios and the analytics that underpin them
Management reporting & analytics
- Deliver management reporting, KPIs and dashboards, and analyse performance against plan
- Provide revenue, profitability and unit-economics analysis (e.g. CAC, contribution margin, LTV) to guide decisions
- Lead cost analysis and allocation across countries, products and segments, partnering with Controllership
Business partnering & decision support
- Partner with leadership and functional teams on pricing, revenue, cost, capital allocation and investment decisions
- Support board and investor reporting, fundraising and strategic initiatives
Process, insight & leadership
- Build scalable planning and reporting processes, BI / data tooling and AI tools to improve speed, accuracy and insight
- Partner with Controllership to ensure accurate, timely data inputs
- Build, lead and develop a team of 2+, and establish FP&A as a trusted partner across the company
RequirementsYou Are
- An individual with 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or strategic finance — prior experience in fintech, payments or e-commerce is strongly preferred
- A proven people manager, having led and developed teams of 2 or more
- Strong on analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into decisions
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Educated to degree level in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CFA / CA / CPA / MBA is an advantage
