Build, launch, QA, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms in multiple markets. Monitor budgets and performance, maintain tracking and audience configurations, reconcile reporting data, manage ad-account administration, and provide optimization insights. Collaborate with country marketing teams and platform representatives to support paid content amplification and resolve execution issues.

Owns product development for card processing, tokenization, top-ups, ledgers, settlement, reconciliation, and payment integrations. Partners with engineering, finance, risk, compliance, issuers, and processors to deliver accurate, auditable, scalable systems. Responsibilities include prioritizing technical backlogs, documenting workflows and requirements, defining performance metrics, managing integrations, and addressing authorization, posting, refund, reversal, and regulatory requirements.

Own data and AI product initiatives end to end, from defining problems and data requirements through coding, evaluation, launch, monitoring, improvement, and adoption. Build production systems with AI coding agents, create release evaluation suites, track product and operational metrics, measure business impact, collaborate with technical and business teams, and document products through runbooks, design notes, evaluation reports, and training materials.

Support data transformation, structure, metadata, and workflow processes. Extract and analyze transaction, marketing, app usage, and financial data. Build interactive visualizations and reports by integrating KPIs from multiple sources, enabling business teams to self-serve insights and helping stakeholders answer questions about business performance.

Own settlement and reconciliation across payment products and partners, including cash-flow forecasting, liquidity, exception management, refunds, reporting, and accounting support. Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to improve systems, automation, controls, and reporting. Lead Singapore’s Strategy & Operations function alongside the General Manager. Identify and evaluate new revenue streams, partnerships, and business opportunities; develop recommendations using market sizing, competitive analysis, and unit economics; negotiate commercial partnerships; launch new initiatives with Product and Marketing; own P&L for business lines; improve business performance frameworks and reporting; and build and lead the new team.

Lead backend engineering for YouBiz: design and own scalable, high-availability services; mentor engineers; plan and deliver projects; write and review high-quality code; collaborate with product, QA, and operations; maintain documentation and promote best practices.

Drive YouBiz revenue growth and strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis, market intelligence, sales process optimization, and revenue stream refinement. Prepare performance reports for senior leadership, identify high-impact opportunities, optimize pricing and profitability, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams. The role also supports lead management and ad hoc business projects in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR guidance, drive organizational design, performance cycles, engagement, change management, inclusion initiatives, and support employee relations and People projects across the regional business.

Lead and build the FP&A function, owning budgeting, forecasting, financial models, management reporting and KPI dashboards.
