Stay hands-on through coding and code reviews while guiding technical direction, project execution, hiring, performance management, and career development. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable fintech products at scale.

Develop and maintain scalable, secure backend services and APIs using Golang. Participate across the software development lifecycle, including architecture, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to code reviews and technical documentation, and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability. Build automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for fintech platform services.
