Lead Singapore’s Strategy & Operations function alongside the General Manager. Identify and evaluate new revenue streams, partnerships, and business opportunities; develop recommendations using market sizing, competitive analysis, and unit economics; negotiate commercial partnerships; launch new initiatives with Product and Marketing; own P&L for business lines; improve business performance frameworks and reporting; and build and lead the new team.

Lead backend engineering for YouBiz: design and own scalable, high-availability services; mentor engineers; plan and deliver projects; write and review high-quality code; collaborate with product, QA, and operations; maintain documentation and promote best practices.

Drive YouBiz revenue growth and strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis, market intelligence, sales process optimization, and revenue stream refinement. Prepare performance reports for senior leadership, identify high-impact opportunities, optimize pricing and profitability, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams. The role also supports lead management and ad hoc business projects in a fast-paced fintech environment.
