Lead growth strategy for DeFi lending protocols on public chains: design incentive programs and playbooks, form partnerships with protocol teams, bootstrap liquidity, activate target user segments, monitor on-chain data to optimize borrowing conversion, and work with Product and Engineering to iterate features supporting growth.

You will join OKX's Web3 Ops team, focused on driving DeFi lending protocol growth within the public chain ecosystem.

- Define and execute the growth strategy for DeFi lending protocols on the public chain ecosystem.
- Deeply understand lending protocol mechanics and user behavior, designing effective incentive programs and growth playbooks.
- Establish deep partnerships with protocol teams, driving joint operations, liquidity bootstrapping, and ecosystem incentive programs.
- Identify and activate target user segments (DeFi-native users, institutional players, whales, etc.) to drive borrowing conversion.
- Monitor on-chain data and market dynamics, continuously optimizing growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Ecosystem teams to drive product optimization and feature iterations that support growth objectives.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in Crypto/Web3; DeFi protocol operations or growth experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of DeFi lending mechanics (over-collateralization, interest rate models, liquidation mechanisms, etc.) with hands-on usage and operational experience.
- Proficient in on-chain data analysis, able to independently use on-chain tools to track and analyze user behavior and protocol performance.
- Existing relationships within DeFi communities and protocol teams, with the ability to build ecosystem partnerships.
- Results-driven, able to set strategies around core metrics and drive execution.
- Fluent in English, able to collaborate effectively with international protocol teams.
