We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Program Supervisor to lead the delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS) / Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) projects in Singapore.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end engineering execution, from design and system integration to commissioning and project delivery—ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with customer expectations and contractual requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering design, implementation, and commissioning of BMS / IBMS / SCADA projects
- Define project technical scope, architecture, and system design
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for project delivery
- Manage: Design submissions & technical documentation and Engineering schedules and deliverables
- Assign and oversee work packages for local and remote teams.
- Drive project milestones, quality, and timelines
- Support system integration (e.g., Niagara, SCADA platforms)
- Lead on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- 10+ years’ experience in BMS / IBMS / Building Automation
- Proven experience in project engineering & delivery (end-to-end lifecycle)
- Strong expertise in: SCADA platforms (e.g., Niagara), HVAC / ACMV systems and Networking (IP-based systems)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and drive project outcomes
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with ELV systems: CCTV/Access Control/Fire Alarm systems
- Exposure to smart building / integrated platform solutions
