The Program Specialist II manages small, low-risk projects, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to standards, and effective documentation while coordinating resources and subcontractors.

Manage small/low-risk IBMS/BMS projects including installation and commissioning. Ensure on-time, in-scope delivery using HBS Project Management Methodology and ProjectVision. Maintain WBS, risk/opportunity schedules, documentation, ETC/EAC, coordinate subcontractors, supply chain, and engineering interface. Enforce codes, Honeywell SOPs and safety, and drive cost/value engineering.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Vice President and General Manager for a regional business. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, stakeholder coordination, leadership communications, meeting materials, employee engagement activities, site events, confidential information handling, visitor support, and continuous improvement of administrative processes across Singapore and the ASEAN & East Asia region.

Lead and improve Honeywell's APAC compliance framework across East Asia, ASEAN, and Pacific. Advise senior leaders on anticorruption, sanctions, export controls, trade, and antitrust; manage risk assessments, investigations, training, post-acquisition compliance integration, and stakeholder engagement.

Lead and operate an industrial SOC team delivering monitoring, incident response, threat analysis, playbook development, forensic support, tuning of detection rules, reporting, mentoring SOC analysts, and acting as L4 escalation for global customers.

Monitor SIEM and ICS logs, triage and escalate incidents, develop and troubleshoot SOAR playbooks, perform malware analysis and threat hunting, assist forensics, tune detection rules, mentor L1 analysts, and document remediation and controls to improve security posture.
