The Program Specialist II manages small, low-risk projects, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to standards, and effective documentation while coordinating resources and subcontractors.

Manage small/low-risk IBMS/BMS projects including installation and commissioning. Ensure on-time, in-scope delivery using HBS Project Management Methodology and ProjectVision. Maintain WBS, risk/opportunity schedules, documentation, ETC/EAC, coordinate subcontractors, supply chain, and engineering interface. Enforce codes, Honeywell SOPs and safety, and drive cost/value engineering.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Vice President and General Manager for a regional business. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, stakeholder coordination, leadership communications, meeting materials, employee engagement activities, site events, confidential information handling, visitor support, and continuous improvement of administrative processes across Singapore and the ASEAN & East Asia region.
