The primary role of Engineering function within Product Development team is to create specifications and designs for new products or improvements and enhancements to existing products. In this role, you will work closely with customers, developers and other stakeholders to understand and define customer needs in these designs.
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a leadership role within the Product Development team. Oversee the successful completion of multiple projects, ensuring delivery within allocated timeframes and budgets.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and product quality.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior engineers.

Experience with regulatory compliance, certification processes, and risk management in electrical engineering.
