    Job Description

    As our Senior Communications and Marketing Executive, you will be a key member of the Asia Pacific and Western Europe Communications and Marketing team at Ramboll, driving the implementation of the regional communications strategy and plan to support the region’s growth. Your primary objective will be to drive and deliver this strategy in alignment with the region’s business goals.

    You would be reporting to the Regional Director of Communications and Marketing, Asia Pacific & Western Europe, and work closely with the Head of Communications for Asia Pacific, alongside other communications colleagues in our region and global function. As a general communications and marketing professional, you will be involved in the co-creation and delivery of a range of internal and external events, communications and initiatives.

    This role is based in Singapore.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Contribution to the APAC integrated communications and marketing strategy and plan to support business objectives
    • Collaborating with our business stakeholders to understand objectives and our client challenges, you will be required to ensure our Ramboll position and messages resonate in the local context
    • Delivery of the plan, including:
      • Delivery of external marketing and communications that support our market position in our focus agendas, such as events, website content, social media campaigns and media, with our PR agency
      • External marketing and communications that support our employer brand, such as website content and social media campaigns
      • Internal communications that support our people culture and employee engagement. Including activation of global and local initiatives, delivery of Town Halls and other internal events and communications
    • Collaborate with colleagues in our regional and global teams to deliver best practices that help grow our brand presence in Asia Pacific.

    Qualifications

    Your profile:

    • An all-round communications and marketing professional with 5-8 years  experience in a B2B industry, preferably in consultancy or the AEC industry
    • A self-starter who has the drive and confidence to collaborate across our Communications and Marketing function and with technical professionals
    • Able to multitask, working in a fast-paced environment,  keeping deadlines and schedules. 
    • Curious and fast learner
    • Collaborative team member
    • Strong digital proficiency, able to work with digital tools such as HubSpot, Website content, and LinkedIn campaigns (training will be provided). Above-average skills in Word and PowerPoint. Other design tools would be an advantage, but not mandatory
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as the curiosity and ability to source stories from the business and employees
    • A BA in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or other relevant degrees.
