Role Summary:
We are seeking a Network Analyst based in Singapore to design, implement, support, and continuously improve secure, resilient, and modern network services across retail, office, and enterprise environments in Southeast Asia and Oceania. This role contributes to the adoption of AI-enabled operations, automation, and emerging networking technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, cloud connectivity, observability, and zero-trust security practices to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and innovation outcomes. The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver scalable, compliant, and future-ready network solutions aligned to business growth and digital transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver network infrastructure implementation and support across retail stores, offices, and other enterprise sites, with a primary focus on reliable connectivity, performance, and security in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
- Support the evaluation, deployment, and lifecycle management of emerging networking technologies, including SD-WAN, SASE, secure remote access, cloud networking, Wi-Fi, and next-generation edge connectivity.
- Apply AI, automation, and data-driven methods to improve monitoring, incident detection, root cause analysis, configuration consistency, service quality, and team productivity.
- Collaborate with internal IT, cybersecurity, business, and project teams, as well as telecom carriers, managed service providers, and system integrators, to deliver network projects and operational improvements successfully.
- Provide operational support for incidents, service requests, changes, patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance to ensure stable and secure network services.
- Partner with security teams to investigate and respond to SIEM and other security alerts relevant to network infrastructure, and implement remediation actions in accordance with internal controls and policies.
- Contribute to architecture standards, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational maturity and scalability.
- Track asset, license, and telecom service inventories, and support vendor performance reviews against agreed service levels, delivery milestones, and business outcomes.
- Participate in site assessments, pilots, and rollout activities to identify opportunities for modernization, resilience, automation, and better user experience.
- Provide support outside standard business hours when required for critical incidents, major changes, or project cutovers, and travel occasionally within APAC based on business needs.
Education / Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in network implementation, operations, or support across enterprise, retail, or distributed site environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of networking technologies such as routing and switching, WAN, LAN, VPN, wireless networking, firewalls, and network services including DNS and DHCP.
- Exposure to modern networking and security capabilities such as SD-WAN, SASE, zero-trust access, cloud connectivity, network observability, and infrastructure automation is advantageous.
- Experience with platforms and tools such as Cisco, Fortinet, Zscaler, ServiceNow, and cloud environments is preferred, depending on prior project exposure.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, cloud networking, cybersecurity, Agile, or project management are beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Proficiency in additional languages may be helpful where relevant to stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, or regional operations.
- Experience using scripting, automation, analytics, or AI-assisted tools to improve operational efficiency, troubleshooting, or service delivery will be an advantage.
