Develop project management strategies, manage budgets and resources, liaise with clients and stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular reporting and documentation to senior management to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Lead and manage risk and technical safety projects from initiation to delivery: perform quantitative risk assessments, consequence modelling, HAZOP/HAZID workshops, technical reviews, client engagement, project planning, budgeting and team mentoring while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance and safe site activities.
