Conduct transport impact assessments, traffic modelling, demand forecasting, and design reviews; develop sustainable transport strategies aligned with LTA regulations. Manage client and stakeholder relationships, prepare technical reports and proposals, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior consultants. Support business development and maintain current knowledge of transport technologies and best practices.

Lead mechanical engineering for high-rise and complex buildings in Singapore: provide technical, commercial and operational leadership; ensure code-compliant design delivery; grow client relationships and business; mentor teams; contribute to APAC strategy, digitalisation and sustainability initiatives.

Lead and oversee multiple high-rise and complex building projects from initiation to close. Develop project management strategies, manage budgets and resources, liaise with clients and stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular reporting and documentation to senior management to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
