Responsibilities:
- Engaging customers for scoping and requirements gathering during pre-sales stage, coming up with overall solution and landscape
- Support proposal preparation and presentation
- Understanding customer requirements, clarifications, technical solution design, pricing, risk identification & mitigation, presentation and decision.
- Support preparation of demo for client presentations. Able to input basic configuration into the demo to get the demo ready for presentation
- Independently manage internal stakeholders as well as drive internal status call and report to Technical Pillar Lead.
- Analyze customer requirements as relayed through requests for proposals (RFPs) within area of specialization and guide proposal content accordingly.
- Ensure that all work adheres to defined Quality standards.
- Capable of assuming individual proposal management responsibilities for medium to large sized proposals.
- Validate / cross verify the overall solution / deal in terms of customer requirements and alignment with the sales strategy
- Implement SAP CPI solutions and provide support to clients
- Work on design review and quality assurance of project deliverables
- Design and develop SAP CPI solutions that meet the client's needs
- Integrate SAP CPI with other systems in the client's IT landscape
- Understanding customer requirements, clarifications, technical solution design, pricing, risk identification & mitigation, presentation and decision.
- Min Experience – 9 Year; Max experience – 13 Year.
- Must have experience in SAP S4 API Integration and SF Integrations.
- Good in communication skill.
- Team management skill.
- Experience with SAP CPI deployments
- Experience in work with end to end implementation, conversion and migration projects
- Hands on configuration experience and solutioning skills.
- Inter-modular Integrations experience within S4H, SF, Ariba ,Concur.
- Overall experience in SAP of 8-10 years.
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Exposure to leading teams
- Must have experience in SAP SF Integrations.
- Must have experience in SAP S4 Hana API Integrations.s
- Able to navigate through client's change management process with S4H conversations, Business processes reengineering concepts etc.
- Experience with SAP best practices and methodologies
- Experience in presales of CPI implementations, conversation and migrations.
- Problem solver attitude.
