Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions to support sales and marketing business functions.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including workflows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, and process automation.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), AmpScript, Visualforce pages, and system integrations.
  • Support Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce platform enhancements based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, sales teams, marketing teams, and functional consultants to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems, marketing platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform bug fixing, and optimize system performance.
  • Support data migration, deployment, testing, and release activities.
  • Ensure development activities comply with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide post-implementation support when required.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in Salesforce development and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud functionalities.
  • Experience in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing business processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control, and deployment processes is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with basic insurance processes is preferred.
