You will bridge the gap between traditional payment networks and "internet-native money," helping clients leverage 24/7 stablecoin settlement to bypass traditional banking cut-off times and optimize global liquidity.
What You Will Do- Identify and close high-growth B2B partners (exchanges, neobanks, and PSPs) seeking to launch virtual or physical card programs via StraitsX’s multi-BIN architecture.
- Guide clients on the benefits of 24/7 stablecoin settlement, explaining how 1:1 fiat-to-stablecoin coordination eliminates banking cut-off delays and handling fees.
- Help partners scale card programs across APAC using a unified issuance stack, removing the need for them to rebuild infrastructure for each local market.
- Own and optimize key growth metrics, including Total Payment Volume (TPV), card activation rates, and stablecoin minting/burning volumes.
- Collaborate with Product teams to integrate market-demanded features like Apple/Google Pay, wearable tokenization, and real-time authorization.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Visa scheme rules and MAS regulations to ensure all client programs remain compliant and competitive.
- Partner with Legal and Operations to streamline card-specific treasury flows and ensure seamless linking of digital assets to regulated payment rails.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the Card Issuance (Issuing), BIN Sponsorship, or CaaS sectors.
- Deep understanding of the card lifecycle (Authorization, Clearing, Settlement) and card scheme rules.
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin to effectively manage regional stakeholders and partners.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced Fintech environment.
- Familiarity with stablecoins and their role in Web3 treasury management.
- Knowledge of API-led card processing and tokenization services.
