Our sales team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of high-performing Account Executives and help take monday.com’s growth to the next level! This is an incredible opportunity to join a company that’s transforming the way teams collaborate and build meaningful customer relationships every day.

  • 8+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience covering ASEAN countries
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience (leading AEs or closing reps).
  • Proven track record of exceeding team and individual quotas.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at the executive level.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and navigating complex legal or procurement discussions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and people development skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
