About EPOS

Backed by Ant International (a global leader in digital payments, digitisation, and financial technology solutions), EPOS is a leading Point-of-Sale (POS) digital solutions provider.

Supporting Ant International's mission to empower SMEs, EPOS serves as the central hub of its global merchant payment services provider, Antom, delivering integrated O2O digital, payment, and banking solutions to SMEs worldwide—empowering Every Point Of Success in their business growth.

With a growing presence across Southeast Asia, we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our diverse and driven teams. Be part of our journey as we expand to create meaningful, impactful changes for businesses around the world.

Role Overview

As our Sales Analyst, you will transform complex datasets into clear stories that help our leadership understand where we are winning, where we are losing, and where our biggest opportunities lie. You’ll be the bridge between our raw sales activities and our long-term revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain automated reports that track team and individual KPIs (e.g., win rates, cycle length, and average deal size).
  • Sales Forecasting: Partner with sales leaders to develop monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
  • Operational Audits: Analyze the sales funnel to identify "leaks" or bottlenecks. Are leads stalling at the demo stage? You’ll be the one to find out why.
  • Market & Territory Mapping: Conduct whitespace analysis to help the team understand market penetration and optimize territory assignments in Singapore and the wider region.
  • Incentives & Commissions: Manage the calculation and validation of sales commissions, ensuring the plan motivates the right behaviors.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Support the executive team with "what-if" modeling for new product launches or pricing changes.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (Sales, Finance, or Business Analysis).
  • Experience navigating Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
  • You are skeptical of "gut feelings" and prefer to let the data speak. However, you can explain that data to a non-technical audience without using jargon.
  • Familiarity with the B2B sales landscape in Singapore/ASEAN.
