Role Overview

The Regional Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale, multi-country workplace technology projects across the region. This role drives end-to-end project governance, delivery excellence, financial performance, stakeholder management, and strategic alignment with business objectives.


The ideal candidate brings strong leadership in workplace technology deployments (AV, UC, digital workplace, smart office, collaboration platforms, infrastructure integration) and has experience managing complex regional portfolios.


Key Responsibilities

Regional Project Leadership & Governance

  • Lead and oversee multiple concurrent workplace technology projects across Asia.
  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, methodologies, and delivery standards.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and steering committee updates.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Translate business and client strategies into executable regional project roadmaps.
  • Align project objectives with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery frameworks and tools.

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Own regional P&L accountability for project delivery.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization.
  • Manage change orders, contract negotiations, and commercial risk mitigation.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as executive escalation point for regional clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, global workplace leaders, and IT directors.
  • Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project and regional delivery risks.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and corporate governance.
  • Drive quality assurance and performance tracking across all projects.

Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead and mentor country project managers and regional program managers.
  • Build high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Develop succession planning and talent development strategies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Oversee strategic vendor relationships and regional system integrators.
  • Negotiate regional agreements and ensure vendor performance adherence.
  • Ensure supply chain reliability for workplace technology deployments.

Requirements
  • 8+ years in project management within workplace technology, AV integration or IT infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country regional portfolios.
  • Strong commercial and financial management background.
  • Experience working with multinational clients.
