We are thrilled to welcome a new QC Technologist (Fragrances) to our Singapore team, and we hope it’s you.
Your Focus
As a QC Technologist, you are responsible for ensuring that the company's products comply with customer expectations and established standards. In cases where a product does not meet these quality standards, you are expected to help identify the root cause and support efforts to resolve the issue.

How You Will Contribute

  • Conducted sensory evaluations to ensure timely approval of finished fragrance products and raw materials.
  • Performed analytical tests using instruments such as Densitometer, Refractometer, GC, and GC-MS to verify adherence to standards and specifications.
  • Made decisions on the approval or rejection of finished goods and raw materials.
  • Collaborated with the Global team for Remote Analytical Data Interpretation for gas chromatography analysis.
  • Entered data/information into the SAP system.
  • Assist in investigating of customer complaint, lead internal quality non-conformances and provided product salvage plans.
  • Maintained the reliability and performance of laboratory equipment.
  • Promoted a safety culture in laboratory areas.
  • Ensured compliance with QC protocols (ISO9001, ISO22716, Global Quality Policy, etc.).
  • CI projects for process improvement and business growth.
  • Provided continuous support to customers, Perfumery, vendors, and affiliates.
  • Execute & complete tasks assigned by direct supervisor or manager.
  • Mentoring interns

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • Degree holder in Chemistry or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience with fragrances is an advantage.
  • Basic odor evaluation skills (smelling ability).
  • Knowledge of gas chromatography.
  • A team player, good organization skills
  • Attention to detail
