Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the game as a product, including the roadmap, feature scope, and delivery from early concepts through live operations.
  • Act as the product owner, making priority calls and trade-offs across player experience, data insights, and business goals.
  • Translate player behavior, feedback, and metrics into clear product decisions and iteration plans.
  • Drive game balance, pacing, and long-term engagement through analytics, testing, and continuous tuning.
  • Define game systems and features, ensuring clear loops, progression, and risk-reward.
  • Create and maintain clear product and feature documentation (PRDs, flows, diagrams, visual references) to align execution.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering and art teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
  • Own the quality bar of shipped features and continuously improve the live game.

Requirements

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management or data-driven roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in data analysis and logical reasoning.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, evaluate information objectively, and consider multiple perspectives.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Genuine interest in games, with enthusiasm for playing and contributing to game creation.
