About The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager who’s excited to build thoughtful, useful software in a nimble, focused team. At Digify, you'll take ownership of the product lifecycle — from identifying real customer needs to delivering features that make a meaningful impact.
This role is ideal for someone with SaaS product management experience at a small or mid-sized tech company (20–60 people) who thrives in an environment where autonomy, speed, and collaboration are part of the daily rhythm.
What You’ll Do
- Deeply understand customer problems, workflows, and motivations.
- Identify product gaps and opportunities to improve experience and grow adoption.
- Define a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver user-friendly, impactful features.
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on business value and customer impact.
- Partner with marketing and customer success to launch and drive usage of new features.
- Use data and feedback to inform decisions and iterate on product improvements.
- Be a strong voice for both the customer and the product within the company.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of product management experience in a SaaS company, ideally B2B.
- Experience in a startup or growth-stage tech company (20–60 people).
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex problems.
- Proven track record of turning strategy into shipped features.
- Comfort working closely with designers and engineers.
- Data-informed, with an ability to blend insights with intuition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- [Preferred] Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields.
