  • Meet or exceed orders and sales targets.
  • Work with the frontline sales staff to develop and grow technical networks within the industry to source potential leads and identify market opportunities.
  • To build and maintain good relationships with key customers, potential customers, and key opinion leaders in the Discovery community in Global Growth markets.
  • To keep regularly updated records of the customer base and sales opportunities in the company’s customer relationship management system (SFDC)
  • To prepare regular weekly reports for the territory covered and participate in general sales calls as well as 1:1 catch up calls as scheduled.
  • Actively seek opportunities to promote Revvity expertise in the field of drug discovery, NGS, Genomics and Gene and Cell therapy and associated markets through the delivery of educational forums, technical seminars and representation at industry sponsored events.
  • Keep up to date with the activities supply specific information on product components to ensure accurate quotation is delivered to the customer.
  • Provide post-sales support by conducting product specific training at customer sites and when possible remotely and assist with application creation and optimization.
  • Engage with the sales team on promotional activities to expand market penetration.
  • Seek to positively influence the purchasing decision by developing strong relationships with key customers based on mutual respect and confidence in the products and services that Revvity provides.
  • Ensure that your knowledge is up to date with respect to competitors that play in the same markets.
