Job Description
- Documentation & Tracking: Assist in maintaining and updating records for quarterly change requests, ensuring accurate daily tracking and timely reporting.
- Billing Support: Help with the preparation and submission of billing documents related to quarterly requests.
- Compliance Inventory Management: Monitor and update the inventory for card scheme compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Educational Background
- Currently pursuing in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with documentation tools and basic data tracking systems.
Analytical & Organizational Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Ability to track and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Communication Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow up on tasks.
Work Ethic & Attitude
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to take initiative and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Experience (Optional)
- Exposure to budgeting or cost management processes is advantageous.
