[What the role is]
The People Organization Division (POD) partners with GovTech’s leaders and teams to shape how we manage, recognise, and grow our people. We’re hiring an Assistant Manager, Policy, Performance & Rewards to support the performance management agenda, working closely with HR teams and stakeholders to strengthen performance processes, improve employee experience, and drive data-informed enhancements to our systems, policies and practices.[What you will be working on]
- Support the annual performance management cycle, including timeline planning, Workday administration, stakeholder communications and process coordination.
- Contribute to the design, review and enhancement of performance management frameworks, policies, platforms and workflows.
- Analyse employee feedback, survey results and performance-related data to generate insights and recommend improvements.
- Support HR transformation and digitalisation initiatives, including automation of performance management processes and AI-enabled tools.
- Prepare reports, presentations and communications for senior leadership, managers and employees.
- Plan and support training sessions, workshops, townhalls and change management activities related to performance initiatives.
- Administer performance-related recognition and reward processes, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
[What we are looking for]
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organisational Development, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in performance management, HR operations, HR transformation or rewards.
- Experience supporting performance review cycles, HR projects, stakeholder communications, change management and system administration.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP or equivalent platforms, with strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across teams and translate HR data into actionable recommendations.
