The Omnichannel Intern will play a key role in supporting our dynamic Omnichannel teams across Tiffany & Co., South Asia Pacific. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in eCommerce, Client Insights and CRM while witnessing the real-world application of luxury retail concepts in a luxury environment.

We are seeking an intern who can start in August 2026 and commit full-time for at least six months.


Responsibilities

Ecom

  • Contribute to the launch and testing in 4 new websites (frontend + backend) and assist on project coordination
  • Support Performance Media with analytics, targeting and measurements of campaigns

CRM

  • Support on data analytics and Clients’ insights as well as CRM campaigns implementation
  • Coordinate e-mailing newsletters for the region as well as local specific execution and measurements
  • Coordinate the Line CRM Binding project in Thailand

Client Care

  • Coordinate CCC projects with coordination of software and hardware platforms roll-out to improve client experience
  • Support in data analytics and performance on sales and clienteling
  • Support the integration of HK and TW markets in Singapore contact center
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
