Supports client development strategy across Singapore and Malaysia through market data analysis, KPI reporting, clienteling performance tracking, training coordination, tool adoption support, stakeholder briefings, and day-to-day administrative continuity. The role partners with retail, CRM, Marketing, High Jewelry, Operations, and leadership teams to promote data-driven clienteling and performance improvements.

Leads client acquisition, retention, loyalty, and VIP engagement across Singapore and Malaysia. Develops clienteling strategies, coaches retail teams, manages CRM-driven personalization, oversees luxury events and activations, and partners across retail, marketing, CRM, and High Jewelry. Owns client development budgets, ROI reporting, stakeholder coordination, and team development while delivering elevated experiences for high-value clients.

Coordinates eCommerce expansion and omni-channel go-live activities across multiple markets, including UAT, stakeholder communication, change management, SOP development, and hypercare. Manages eCommerce returns, personalization, inventory reconciliation, shipment discrepancies, packaging, and operational reporting. Supports sold-order fulfillment, inventory sourcing, fragrance planning, back-order management, and AI-enabled process automation. Liaises with stores, warehouses, carriers, 3PLs, finance, client care, and global teams.

Serves as the end-to-end HR business partner for the South Asia Pacific regional office while coordinating regional HR initiatives. Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance and talent management, employee relations, learning, engagement, compensation, HR operations, reporting, and compliance. The role also coordinates regional HR communications, calendars, processes, data requests, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of HR priorities across markets.

Oversee store inventory procedures, including replenishment, inbound and outbound stock, and cycle counts. Support daily store operations and maintenance, assist with finance and administrative preparation, and deliver excellent customer service as a Tiffany brand ambassador. The role requires strong communication, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and alignment with Tiffany’s values of optimism, inclusivity, creativity, and love.

Serve as a Tiffany brand ambassador in stores by building client relationships, delivering elevated luxury experiences, achieving sales targets, cultivating repeat business, capturing client data, promoting key product pillars, and supporting daily store operations. Requires flexibility for nontraditional hours, cultural fluency across Singapore markets, English fluency, and strong luxury hospitality and client-service skills.

Lead regional security programs across South Asia Pacific to protect people, assets, and brand. Manage physical security standards, incident and crisis response, investigations, new store openings, training, and high-value logistics. Liaise with law enforcement, lead major incident response, and ensure consistent protection practices across retail, offices, logistics, and industrial sites.
