Craft client contact and loyalty strategies, manage retail programs and high jewelry, operate clienteling tools and data, and design events and activations to drive sales and brand experience while partnering with store and regional teams.

Lead regional security programs across South Asia Pacific to protect people, assets, and brand. Manage physical security standards, incident and crisis response, investigations, new store openings, training, and high-value logistics. Liaise with law enforcement, lead major incident response, and ensure consistent protection practices across retail, offices, logistics, and industrial sites.

Support omnichannel teams across eCommerce, CRM, and client care. Assist with website launches, campaign analytics, CRM campaign implementation, email newsletters, contact center integration, and data-driven client insights to improve sales and clienteling.
