Job Responsibilities
• Data Entry – in preparation for Eatec Integration
• Work with Buyers to manage the Ariba Catalogues
• Email vendors to update catalogues
• Assist the Buyers on spreadsheets/reports
• Help ensure data accuracy and liaise with suppliers with Ariba catalogues upload and obtain product specifications for F&B items
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
• Diploma in any field
• Preferably a member of institute of Purchasing and Supply or Institute of Supply Management
Experience
• Minimum 2 years working experience with some supervisory experience preferred
Other Prerequisites
• Hotel, Hospitality or Retail procurement exposure an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, proficient in Excel (Vlook Up & Pivot table is necessary)
• SAP exposure preferred
• Basic business sense and mathematical logic
