About the Role

Are you curious about what drives market trends, consumer behaviour, and business strategy? Join our team as a Strategy & Market Research Intern and get hands-on experience shaping how we explore new business opportunities.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct real-world research, analyse data, and present insights that inform key decisions. This role is ideal for students who are analytical, independent, and excited to translate data into action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and consolidate desk research across various market segments to identify trends and behavioural patterns.

  • Assist in designing and executing user interviews or surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
    Organise findings into clear reports or presentations to support internal discussions.

  • Support in documenting customer/user journeys and business processes using publicly available insights.

  • Translate research outcomes into structured summaries that can support planning or exploration of new opportunities.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.

  • Prior experience or strong interest in market research, consulting, or data analysis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and take ownership of workstreams with minimal guidance.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    Comfortable conducting outreach and engaging stakeholders for interviews.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and research tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to consumer or B2B market research projects (e.g., school assignments, internships, case competitions).
    Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
