  • Consolidate operational touchpoints into a streamlined process to reduce friction for commercial teams.
  • Engage directly with merchants, ensuring a smooth and efficient rollout.
  • Drive decision-making and transparency through data analysis and insights.
  • Act as a consultative partner to Sales, Account Management, Compliance, and prospects, ensuring alignment between merchant needs and internal processes.
  • Interact with merchants as needed to ensure accurate setup and a seamless launch.
  • Educate internal teams on relevant regulatory and procedural updates.
  • Contribute to process improvements that support global scalability.

About you

  • 4+ years experience in commercial, compliance, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and regions.
  • Comfortable owning complex processes end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial acumen
  • Able to balance compliance requirements with commercial priorities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Prior Salesforce experience is preferred.
