*This is a 12 months contract role, assigned to client's office
What does a Marcom Executive do at WPP Production?

  • Support key business drivers KPIs that include Gross Adds, churn, net adds, ARPU.
  • Deliver on Marcomms objectives for client's Entertainment portfolio by supporting marcom team to develop and execute effective marketing and communications strategies and communications.
  • Develop and run direct communications campaigns for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including regulatory and customer update direct communications.
  • To manage and execute BTL, ATL, Social, Digital communications that aid retail operations, including and not limited to In-store POS, visual display, direct mailers, sms, electric mailers, flyers.
  • Work closely with various internal teams (e.g. customer lifecycle marketing, product marketing) on a daily basis to develop and ensure communications deliver on the brand’s tone of voice
  • Partner with content owners to develop comms and initiatives that provide a strong brand experience to customers across client's Entertainment portfolio, reach, engage and contextually sell to the customers. Find opportunities to integrate these content properties across the marcomms calendar.
  • Maintain effective relationships and work closely with our inhouse creatives and on-air promo teams, creative & media agency and media partners when required to develop and execute communications that may include owned, paid advertising, websites, social media, in-stores and/or on-ground activation.
  • To support where required in the planning and execution of events or on ground activation that includes sourcing, logistics, communication and collaterals 
  • Ensure consistency in key communication message across all customer touchpoints – online, offline, shops and etc.
  • Support Go-To-Market plans and initiatives to drive Gross Adds, churn, net ARPU.
  • Management of allocated marketing budgets that includes raising PO, closing invoices.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Mass Comms / Digital Marketing preferred
  • Min 1-2 years relevant working experience in a consumer environment, working with or developing communication materials, in a marketing communication role , advertising or marketing agency. Candidates with a Telecommunications or Content background will be preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An eye for detail.
  • Adaptable to a fast paced environment with the constant need for changes due to the nature of the business and be a resourceful individual. 
  • Basic knowledge in digital marketing media channels and ad formats. 
  • Understanding of Social media and its associated trends.
  • Great interpersonal skill & good project management to work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Natural flair for creative work, content development, TV content (English entertainment and Asian content) will be an added advantage 
  • Can do attitude, eager and willing to learn.
