[LTA-ITCD]PRP/SNR/EXEC CYBERSECURITY ENGINEER(AUTONOMOUS & ELECTRIC VEHICLES)

[What you will be working on]

As part of our cybersecurity team, you will develop cybersecurity strategies for Singapore's Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAV) and Electric Vehicles (EV), translating international standards into cybersecurity framework whilst providing technical advisory on system architecture and risk assessment.

Cybersecurity Framework Development

  • Operationalise international standards (UNECE WP.29 R155/R156, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 20489, IEC 62443, NIST Framework).
  • Develop cybersecurity framework, technical documents, and conduct gap analysis and monitor emerging regulatory developments.

Cybersecurity Advisory, Architecture & Risk Assurance

  • Provide cybersecurity consultancy for CAV and EV systems
  • Review designs, recommend secure architecture principles, and define controls across the system lifecycle.
  • Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), identify risks across vehicle, infrastructure, and backend ecosystems, and define mitigation strategies.

Testing & Capability Development

  • Define cybersecurity testing including penetration testing and adversarial simulations.
  • Develop testing capabilities and establish validation approaches.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with industry partners, OEMs, and operators.
  • Present findings to management and guide teams in cybersecurity initiatives.

[What we are looking for]

  • At least 3 years cybersecurity experience with substantial CAV and EV expertise.
  • Strong vehicle systems knowledge (ECUs, CAN, Automotive Ethernet, V2X, autonomous technologies).
  • Threat modelling (TARA, STRIDE), regulatory assessment capabilities. Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 20489, and UNECE R155/R156 standards.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, GICSP, OSCP or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Independent worker with collaborative mindset, team mentoring abilities, and proven track record of owning complex challenges.
