We have more than 200 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support.

Job Description

  • Manage the major baggage handling machines and equipment delivery, receiving and inventory controls.
  • Monthly and Weekly reporting comprising analysis of expenditure on materials delivery to the Project Director and/or Project Manager.
  • Implement & monitor spare parts management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness and optimum space management within warehouse and the project site.
  • Develop and implement improvements in procedures, inclusive of safety within the warehouse and the project site.
  • Supervision of warehouse staff, ensuring their compliance to procedures and processes, and all QA/QC and HSE regulatory requirements.
  • Manage upkeep and movement of company vehicles.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updates of records in Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Conduct regular physical counts of items in the warehouse to reconcile with CMMS data.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management / Warehouse Management
  • Knowledge of applicable safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices
  • Class 3 driving licence will be beneficial
  • Able to respond to emergency situations at short notice
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Good leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to develop a team.
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role in a warehouse/store setting.
